A Class Team is created automatically for each academic class based on the following setup:
- Team’s Name/Title: The name of the class (ex: ACED2400A-SP2020)
- Team’s Owner: The assigned faculty/instructor
- Team’s Members: All registered students in the class at the time of setup. *Throughout the term, faculty will need to manually add/remove student members in accordance to add/drop/withdraw records.*
Faculty: You will receive a Microsoft invitation letting you know that your Class Team has been created. You can then log in and when ready, click the Activate button on the top of the screen. Students will then receive notification. Each academic Microsoft Teams Class is accessible for approximately 90 days in read-only mode after the last day of finals.
