Our Progress
As Blazers, we face challenges head on, look for new opportunities at every turn, and embrace the goals we set for ourselves. As we finalize the University’s Strategic Plan, we have already begun to see progress on our goals through the actions of our students, faculty, and staff. Each department within the University is empowered to develop its own paths to these goals and contribute to the University’s success in diverse and creative ways. Share in our excitement as we enter a new era at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø.
Goal #1: Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø will increase retention, progression, and graduation rates through creating a campus culture focused on individual student success.
If our students are to compete on the national stage, they need to be as polished and prepared as possible once they graduate. We’re making strategic investments in faculty and staff to implement University-wide changes that will produce an ever-growing, confident, and knowledgeable student body who complete their degree in a timely manner, think creatively, and contribute both regionally and globally.
