Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Invites Community to Enjoy Summer Fun on Campus

VALDOSTA — Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø is excited to announce a summer calendar filled with family friendly activities for residents of Valdosta-Lowndes County and beyond. This includes Broadway-caliber musical theatre as well as lots of opportunities for community children and teens to have fun; improve their academic, social, creative, and/or physical skills; develop an appreciation of recreation, the outdoors, and being part of a community; and improve their athletic performance. 

JUNE 2022

Musical Theatre: Peach State Summer Theatre at Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø presents Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Cinderella” June 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 19, 26, and 29. This premiere professional summer stock theatre program has been entertaining audiences of all ages since 1990. The Georgia Legislature designed it the Official Musical Theatre of the State of Georgia. Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø for tickets and more information.

Football Camp: Coach Tremaine Jackson and the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Blazers host back-to-back TitleTown Showcase camps June 4 and a Team Camp June 14-16. Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø for more information.

Camp Discovery: Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Camp Discovery presents Music Makers, Superhero Camp, Food and Fun in French, Fun on the Farm, Broadway Bound, and Mo Willems Camp: Pigeons, Elephants, Bunnies, and Piggies June 6-10. Recreation Camp: Ï㽶ÊÓƵ¹ÙÍø Campus Recreation presents Youth Day Camp for community children ages 6-12 June 6-10 (Kick-Off Week), June 13-17 (Yay Sports Week), June 20-24 (Get Vertical Week), and June 27-July 1 (Shooting Sports Week).
